This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Exploration Department, reporting directly to the Junior Geologist – Exploration.
The Graduate Development Program – Exploration is designed to support geologists in various technical tasks, working under close supervision to gain practical experience.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geological Engineering (from Indonesia).
- Indonesian citizen aged 18-25 for bachelor’s degree holders, and 24-28 for Master’s/Postgraduate degree holders at the time of enrolment.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in general computer software.
- Strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with limited support.
- Previous internship experience in a company or organization.
- Active involvement in campus organizations or relevant off-campus activities during college.
- A valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) with the ability to operate light vehicles and motorcycles.
