Agincourt Resources Empowers Its Beneficiaries with Social Entrepreneurship Principles

Agincourt Resources held a training and gathering for 45 trainee actors on Saturday and Sunday, November 2-3, 2024, at Syaakirah The View & Resort Marancar. The event aimed to equip the trainee entrepreneurs with social entrepreneurship knowledge and skills, as well as strengthen synergy.

The participants who attended were representatives of various fostered groups, from the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. They were given intensive training materials by two experienced speakers from INCREASE (Inklusif Creative Social Enterprise) Bandung, namely Suyanto and Zainal Abidin. 

The training materials covered various important topics, ranging from a basic understanding of social entrepreneurship, effective goal-setting techniques, to how to overcome mental barriers that are often experienced by entrepreneurs. In addition, participants were also invited to carry out various team-building activities aimed at improving communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.
