Agincourt Resources, through its Community Department, organized the 2024 Synchronization and Integration Workshop for the Community Development and Empowerment Program (PPM) with the South Tapanuli Regency Government and 15 Directly Affected Villages (DAVs) for the 2025 Fiscal Year. This event aimed to enhance the quality of PPM programs implemented by the company in the future.
In his opening remarks, Rahmat Lubis, General Manager & Deputy Director Operations at Agincourt Resources, emphasized that strong collaboration and coordination with the government and community are essential elements in creating programs that deliver tangible benefits for the well-being of communities, especially those surrounding the Martabe Gold Mine.
The workshop, held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Hotel Mega Permata, Padangsidimpuan, was attended by representatives from Regional Government Organizations (OPD) and relevant agencies of the South Tapanuli Regency Government, as well as representatives from 15 villages around the mine. Also in attendance were Agincourt Resources Senior Manager of Community, Christine Pepah, South Tapanuli Regency Secretary, Sofyan Adil, and Head of the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Development Agency (Bappeda), Chairul Rizal Lubis.

The workshop began with a presentation on Agincourt Resources’ program achievements up to November 2024, followed by an interactive discussion and Q&A session to explore opportunities for more effective synchronization and collaboration. The event concluded with a presentation of the discussion results, which will serve as the foundation for strategic actions moving forward.
