Jakarta, June 12, 2025 – A strong commitment to the growth and development of communities surrounding the mining area has led Muliady Sutio, President Director of PT Agincourt Resources, to receive the TOP Leader on CSR Commitment award at the prestigious TOP CSR Awards 2025. At the same event, Agincourt Resources was also honored with the TOP CSR Awards 2025 #Star 5, the highest recognition granted to companies with outstanding CSR programs that are aligned with sustainable business strategies.
This award also reaffirms the position of the Martabe Gold Mine operator as a national benchmark in implementing CSR based on the principles of Creating Shared Value (CSV) and ISO 26000 Social Responsibility.

Muliady Sutio, President Director of PT Agincourt Resources, is recognized as a leader who actively and consistently integrates social responsibility into the company’s strategic policies. As the top executive of PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR), he places community empowerment as a key pillar in Martabe Gold Mine’s journey toward sustainability. His commitment is reflected in various initiatives that promote economic independence, improve the quality of education, and preserve the environment in the areas surrounding mine.
“We believe that company’s growth must go hand in hand with the improvement of surrounding communities. Through the Living in Harmony approach, we strive to create synergy between operational activities, environmental sustainability, and social welfare of communities around the mine,” said Noviandri, Director & CFO of PT Agincourt Resources, representing Muliady Sutio after receiving the award in Jakarta on Wednesday (June 11, 2025).
The TOP CSR Awards event is organized by Top Business Magazine in which the panel of judges includes the Indonesian Governance Professionals Association (PaGI), the Indonesian CSR Association, Corebest (a CSR Consulting & Training Institution), Nawacita Study Institute, PAKEM (Microfinance Development Foundation), PT Sinergi Daya Prima/GCG Consultants, and Business Performance Solutions.
Christine Pepah, Senior Manager of Community at PT Agincourt Resources, stated that PTAR’s designation as the winner of the TOP CSR Awards 2025 #Star 5 is inseparable from the strength of five key programs from various fields that have been consistently implemented.
“Each program is designed to address the needs of the community while also promoting the creation of an inclusive, resilient, and competitive local economic ecosystem,” she said.

In education field, since 2017 PTAR has awarded the Martabe Prestasi Scholarship to 1,651 outstanding students from elementary to university levels, coming from underprivileged families in South Tapanuli and Padangsidimpuan City, with the total reaching IDR 12.8 billion.
Meanwhile, the Integrated Health Services reach thousands of residents by providing free medical services, including visits from three specialist doctors in internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics to remote villages in South Tapanuli. Throughout 2024 alone, Dokter Spesialis Masuk Desa (Free Specialist Doctors Visiting Villages) program treated 3,258 residents, including pregnant women, infants, toddlers, elderly, and working-age individuals.
“In terms of community economic development, we implement UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) empowerment programs such as South Tapanuli batik and culinary, as well as establish a promotion and marketing center for UMKM products called Bagas Silua. This initiative is part of our commitment to foster sustainable economic independence in the areas surrounding the company’s operations,” said Christine.
In the field of environmental sustainability, Lubuk Larangan program is a tangible form of biodiversity conservation based on local wisdom. Meanwhile, in agriculture, Petani Aktor Milenial (Millennial Farmer Actor ) program is specifically designed to prepare young generation of South Tapanuli as drivers of productive and sustainable modern farming.
In 2024, PTAR invested USD 2.7 million to implement the Community Development and Empowerment Program (PPM), benefiting 32,696 individuals.
