The floods and landslides that struck South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, Sibolga, and Padangsidimpuan have brought profound sorrow to the affected communities. As part of the wider community in these regions, Agincourt Resources shares the same grief and promptly activated its emergency response support to aid the recovery efforts.
From the first day of the incident, Agincourt Resources deployed its Emergency Response Team (ERT), equipped with rubber boats, evacuation gear, and basic medical equipment. The ERT team operated across several impacted areas, including Huta Godang, Parsariran, Mabang, and Angkola Barat, assisting with evacuations, delivering aid, and assessing immediate field needs.
Agincourt Resources, together with PT Macmahon Mining Services, also carried out the clearance of mud and landslide debris to ensure that evacuation efforts and the distribution of food supplies and essential needs could proceed smoothly.
As part of its rapid response, the company also established Disaster Response and Health Assistance Posts in Batu Hula, Sumuran, and Sopo Daganak, and Balai Marguna, Batang Toru Sub-district Office Complex. These posts provide basic medical services, health checks, and logistical support for residents in urgent need. Moral and material support was also extended to HKPB Batang Toru for 50 affected families who had taken refuge in the church.
For areas inaccessible by land due to damaged infrastructure, Agincourt Resources delivered essential food supplies and emergency items via air distribution, ensuring that aid reached isolated communities without delay. One of the efforts included the distribution of food and essential supplies to Mabang Pasir Muara Hutaraja on 27th November 2025.
The company has also ensured that the safety of employees and business partners remains a top priority throughout the emergency period.
