Strengthening human resources is a fundamental pillar in promoting sustainable regional development. Through its Community Development Programme (PPM), Agincourt Resources continues to deliver tangible support to the training and education sectors within its operational areas.

On 6th February 2026, the handover of the renovation of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Tapanuli Selatan Job Training Centre (UPTD BLK) was carried out. The event was attended by Manager Community Development Agincourt Resources, Rohani Simbolon, and Head of the Tapanuli Selatan Manpower Office, Achmad Raja Nasution.
The renovation included building improvements and the installation of a drilled well to provide a clean water supply. In her remarks, Manager Community Development Agincourt Resources, Rohani Simbolon, expressed hope that the upgraded facility would enhance community capacity and independence through improved and more adequate training infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Head of the Tapanuli Selatan Manpower Office, Achmad Raja Nasution, welcomed the collaboration and emphasised that the facility should be utilised optimally to improve workforce skills and regional competitiveness.

The commitment to supporting sustainable education was further demonstrated on 9th February 2026 through the handover of learning support facilities to Yayasan Al-Muslimin Pandan. The assistance included teaching and learning equipment, textbooks, sports equipment, and a smartboard to support digitalised learning, all aimed at enhancing the quality of education and boosting the motivation of both students and educators.

Through these initiatives, Agincourt Resources reaffirms its commitment to strengthening competence and expanding access to education, ensuring that improved facilities contribute to developing human resources ready to meet future challenges.
