Access to clean water is a fundamental necessity that plays a vital role in safeguarding public health and enhancing the overall quality of life. Through its Community Development Programme (PPM), Agincourt Resources continues to provide tangible support in improving access to clean water within its operational areas.

On 30th January 2026, the handover of newly constructed dug wells was carried out in Sumuran Village and Batuhula Village, Batang Toru Subdistrict. The development of these wells aims to meet the community’s clean water needs while also improving sanitation standards.

The Government of Sumuran Village expressed appreciation for the support, noting that access to clean water and proper sanitation can now be better fulfilled.
Similarly, the Government of Batuhula Village conveyed that the presence of the dug well significantly assists residents in carrying out their daily activities, while also contributing to improved public sanitation standards.

Through this initiative, Agincourt Resources reaffirms that its Community Development Programme extends beyond infrastructure development to encompass broader improvements in community well-being. Adequate access to clean water represents a strategic step towards creating a healthier, more productive, and sustainable environment for local communities.
