Well-Ordered Roofs, Safeguarded Services: A Tangible Synergy for Muara Batang Toru

Apr 15, 2026

As part of its ongoing commitment to regional development and improving community well-being, Agincourt Resources, through its Community Development Programme (CDP), implemented two initiatives on 15th April 2026 in Muara Batang Toru District. The activities included the renovation of the District Head Office and the construction of a fire station within the sub-district government complex.

The renovation was carried out due to approximately 80% of the district office roof being damaged, which had disrupted public service activities. This improvement is expected to support the performance of district officials in carrying out their governance, development, and village and sub-district administrative functions more effectively.

At the same location, a fire station was also constructed as a standby facility to accelerate emergency response in the event of fires. Previously, two fire response units (motorised tricycles) had no permanent base of operations. The Head of Muara Batang Toru District, Sonita Wardah Nasution, expressed her appreciation to Agincourt Resources for the support provided. She hopes these facilities will enhance the quality of public services and strengthen the response to potential emergencies.

Through this initiative, Agincourt Resources reaffirms its commitment to supporting essential infrastructure and building community resilience in a sustainable manner.
