Agincourt Resources President Director Muliady Sutio was among the recipients of The 50 Most Innovative CEO Awards 2026, presented by The Iconomics Media with the support of Axia Research.
The award recognises business leaders who demonstrate the ability to drive innovation, address challenges and support business development through adaptive leadership.
The assessment process was conducted through an online survey of employees across various industries, using four key parameters: popularity, competence, crisis leadership and personality. These four aspects formed part of the evaluation of leadership quality in managing organisations amid the evolving business landscape.

Representing the President Director, Superintendent Government Relations & Permitting Vidra Rubyneisca and Superintendent Legal Compliance Raditya Pratama received the award on 15 October 2026 at the Ministry of Cooperatives in Jakarta. The 50 Most Innovative CEO Awards 2026 was part of The Iconomics Forum, themed “Catalysing Regional Economies: Financing, Investment and Collaboration for Growth”. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Cooperatives, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Association of Indonesian Regencies (Apkasi).
For Agincourt Resources, this recognition serves as an opportunity to further strengthen a work culture that embraces new ideas, encourages cross-functional collaboration and develops employees’ competencies. Leadership that supports innovation is expected to create opportunities for new improvement initiatives that contribute to operational effectiveness and the company’s sustainability.
This achievement also serves as motivation for everyone at Agincourt Resources to continue innovating, sharing knowledge and making positive contributions through their respective roles. With a spirit of collaboration and continuous improvement, the company aims to continue growing and delivering value to its stakeholders.
