The business of bridal makeup artist (MUA) holds significant potential in the vicinity of the Martabe Gold Mine. Recognizing this potential, PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) brought in renowned MUA from North Sumatra, Ricky Peranginangin, to provide bridal grooming training to 22 MUAs under PTAR’s mentorship. This training took place on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Sopo Daganak.

Through this training, the aim is to enhance the skills of local human resources based on competency, paving the way for the establishment of new competitive ventures in the market and creating potential employment opportunities for the local community.
Prior to this, participants underwent a 23-day bridal makeup training from July 10 to August 9, 2023, and successfully passed the competency exam. This training focused on refining skills, particularly in techniques such as eyebrow shaping and creating natural, seamless makeup looks. The refinement process is expected to boost participants’ confidence in their work, making them more productive and creative.
