This position will be based at Martabe Site in the IT & Systems Department and will report directly to the Superintendent – Information Systems.
The Business Analyst – Information Systems will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable solutions, engaging with stakeholders and third-party vendors, and managing project documentation.
Business Analyst must have in-dept skill on analytical, documentation, verbal communication, Microsoft software, database, and IT infrastructure environment concept. Data mining and coding experience would be a plus.
Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT Project Management.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent documentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Solid stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficient in process modelling and tools such as Flowchart, DFD, UML, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.).
- Proficient in data modelling and analysis using SQL and NoSQL schemas.
- Understanding of UI/UX concepts and implementation.
- Knowledge of MVC and SPA architecture in system development.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and implementation.
- Understanding of the Microsoft environment (On-Premise, Cloud, Hybrid).
- Interest in and understanding of project management techniques
