This position is located at the Martabe Site within the Security Department and reports directly to the Superintendent – Security HL Operation.
The role of the Senior Supervisor – Security HL Operation is:
- Supervise security operations across the Highland and Processing Plant areas to ensure the safety of personnel, protection of company assets, and continuity of business operations.
- Coordinate the deployment, rostering, and performance of security personnel to maintain effective security coverage and operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with PT Agincourt Resources’ Security Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HSE standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks by implementing appropriate control measures and recommending continuous improvements to site security.
- Conduct routine security inspections, audits, and patrols to verify compliance with operational standards and identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate security escorts and provide operational security support for personnel, contractors, visitors, assets, and critical site activities.
- Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents, including investigations, evidence collection, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the performance and competency of security personnel through coaching, training, mentoring, and periodic performance assessments.
- Ensure the operational readiness, maintenance, and availability of security equipment, systems, vehicles, and other supporting resources.
- Prepare accurate and timely security reports, maintain security records and documentation, and communicate significant security matters to management.
- Promote a safe, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace by reporting HSE incidents, maintaining housekeeping standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, including government authorities, law enforcement agencies, military personnel, contractors, and local communities, to strengthen site security and emergency preparedness.
Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma qualification, preferably in Security Management, Law, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in security operations, including supervisory responsibilities, preferably within the mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry sectors.
- Valid Gada Madya Security Certification is mandatory.
- Additional professional security certifications (e.g. Security Risk Management, Emergency Response, Investigation, or related certifications) will be an advantage.
- Valid Indonesian Class A Driving Licence (SIM A).
- Demonstrated experience in managing security operations, personnel supervision, workforce deployment, and shift coordination.
- Strong knowledge of security risk assessment, security management systems, threat identification, and risk mitigation.
- Proven experience in conducting security incident investigations, property loss investigations, and preparing investigation reports.
- Good understanding of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and deliver effective presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships across all organisational levels and with external stakeholders.
