This position will be based at the Martabe Gold Mine Site within the SCM Department and will report directly to the Supervisor – Warehouse.
The Storeperson 1 – Warehouse is responsible for supporting all warehouse administrative and operational activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials both manually and through the system. The role ensures all warehouse transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:
- Minimum Senior High School graduate or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
- Experience working as a Storeperson across different warehouse areas is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications.
- Good understanding of material and goods handling processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and preferably capable of supporting material unloading activities.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to safety standards.
