To enhance the competence of productive teachers in the Teknik Alat Berat (TAB) Department of SMK Negeri 2 Batangtoru, Agincourt Resources, following up on the Link and Match Program with PT United Tractors, Tbk. (UT), conducted a Basic Technical Course (BTC) training for two teachers.
The BTC training was held from April 29 to June 21, 2024 at UT School, Jakarta. This year, it is planned that four teachers will participate in the BTC training. It is hoped that after completing the training, they will be able to properly identify the names, functions, and workings of heavy equipment components and then pass on the knowledge they have gained to the students of SMK Negeri 2 Batangtoru.
