On Friday, November 8, 2024, Agincourt Resources, through its “Martabe Goes to School” program, held an event titled “Great Young Generation” at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Tapanuli Selatan. The event was attended by 101 participants, comprising 96 students and 5 teachers.
The primary objective of this event was to inspire and support young people to remain optimistic in the face of future challenges. Additionally, Agincourt Resources aimed to assist students in discovering their potential and minimizing the negative stereotypes that often hinder success.

In his speech, Yayan Nuryawan, Superintendent of Community Services at Agincourt Resources, emphasized the importance of exploring and developing each individual’s talents. “Humans are born with a variety of talents. Discovering and honing these talents is key to personal growth and benefiting others. Limitations, whether material or physical, should not be seen as obstacles but as motivation to strive for excellence,” he asserted.
Furthermore, Yayan reminded students of the significance of choosing positive influences. “Be mindful of your social circle, as it can shape your personality. Choose role models who can inspire you towards success,” he added.

The Principal of MTsN 3 Tapanuli Selatan, Oloan Harahap, expressed appreciation for Agincourt Resources’ commitment to improving human resource quality. “We hope that the collaboration between MTsN 3 Tapanuli Selatan and Agincourt Resources will continue to strengthen.
