Marinovasi 2025 Awards: Celebrating Innovation, Strengthening the GREAT Culture

Cheers and applause echoed throughout the Martabe GREAT Hall on Tuesday, 27 May 2025. The atmosphere was charged with excitement during the grand finale of the 2025 Martabe Core Values and Innovation Internalization Awards (Marinovasi), an annual event designed to recognize Agincourt Resources employees who have contributed breakthrough ideas and tangible improvements. Carrying the theme A New Phase: Strengthening the GREAT Innovation Culture, the event symbolized that innovation is no longer just a buzzword, it has become deeply embedded in the Company’s work culture.

This sense of pride became even more palpable when Mohammad Kemal, Superintendent of Corporate Planning and Management and Chairman of the 2025 Marinovasi Committee, revealed that the number of submitted innovations had doubled compared to the previous year. “From 44 innovations in 2024, we received 88 this year. This reflects a growing spirit of innovation across all divisions. This year is not only about quantity, but also about the even distribution of quality. It’s a positive sign that the GREAT culture is taking deeper root,” he stated with confidence. 

In addition to announcing the winners across various innovation categories, the event also featured an inspiring talk show with the Houshoku Team from PT Pamapersada Nusantara and musical entertainment by the local band Afterbreath. The excitement peaked as the 2025 Marinovasi winners were announced, proving that innovation can arise from anyone, anywhere, driven by curiosity and insight. 

Agincourt Resources President Director Muliady Sutio also expressed his pride in the participants’ achievements. “It’s truly gratifying to witness this improvement. Innovation is not a one-day effort, it requires a team. Our core values are all positive. The challenge lies in making processes more efficient, ensuring environmental sustainability, and delivering real benefits to surrounding communities. Marinovasi is one of our key pathways toward continuous improvement,” said Muliady Sutio.

As part of the event series, Agincourt Resources also received the ISO 27001 certification for its Information Security Management System, awarded directly by Zumayadi, Business Manager of PT SGS Indonesia (Société Générale de Surveillance). This certification affirms that innovation is not limited to products or processes, but also includes systems that guarantee security and trust. With a spirit of collaboration, creativity, and the ever-burning values of GREAT, Marinovasi 2025 stood as both a celebration and a driving force for future progress.
