In her opening remarks, Christine Pepah, Senior Manager Community of Agincourt Resources, encouraged participants to follow the training diligently. She emphasized the importance of digital skills in navigating the increasingly competitive business landscape. With the knowledge gained from the training, participants are expected to strategically leverage various social media platforms to promote and grow their businesses independently.
Each session was thoughtfully structured, beginning with a pre-test, followed by in-depth material delivered by professional tutors such as Aliya Mutiara Devi, Okke Oscar, Delima Meylynda, and Ayu Regita, and concluding with a post-test and mini task. Key topics included The Fundamentals of Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Live E-commerce. Some participants also had the opportunity to present their assignments at the start of each session, fostering active engagement and real-time learning reflection.
As a token of appreciation for their commitment and outstanding performance, four top participants were announced during the closing session: Nuryda Sitompul, Peby Rizki, Mastika Pulungan, and Togu Sahat Martua Gultom. The training was officially closed on 1 July 2025 by Rohani Simbolon, Manager Community Development of Agincourt Resources.
One of the participant, Nuryda Sitompul, shared her impressions. “This training has been incredibly valuable for me personally. It felt like being back in school. As a housewife, I still had to complete assignments after each session, but this has given me the motivation to keep going and stay enthusiastic throughout the program,” she said.
