Amidst the challenges of business competition and the demand for efficiency, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are required to continuously adapt by acquiring new skills. Responding to this need, Agincourt Resources, through Martabe Social Enterprise in collaboration with MySkill, once again organised Thematic Training Batches II and III for entrepreneurs in South Tapanuli.

The training was conducted online from 4th–8th August (Batch II) and 11th–15th August 2025 (Batch III), followed by face-to-face sessions on 25th–28th August 2025 at Hotel Mega Permata, Padangsidimpuan, and Sopo Daganak, Batang Toru.
A total of 152 entrepreneurs participated in the programme, with 95 attending online and 57 attending in person. The curriculum included digital marketing fundamentals, social media strategies, content creation, and digital marketing performance analysis. During the in-person sessions, participants also received practical training, such as public speaking for marketing with Fauzan Al-Rasyid and mobile photography–videography with Giri Maulana, which was applied directly in the field.
The programme was opened by Senior SME Supervisor, Nurlailah, who emphasised the importance of digital technology in enhancing SME competitiveness.

Participants responded enthusiastically to the programme. Dian Harahap, a participant from Padangsidimpuan, noted that she gained many new insights and hoped the training could reach an even wider audience. Meanwhile, Mulyadi Gusnawi from Batang Toru considered the training highly beneficial for business development and emphasised that such programmes should continue to ensure SMEs remain relevant in a rapidly evolving era. Through this training, Agincourt Resources reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the capacity of local SMEs and fostering resilient entrepreneurs capable of adapting to the digital era.
