Enhancing the competence of vocational teachers does not end with training, it continues through real implementation and evaluation in schools. To ensure the sustainability of outcomes from the Upskilling and Reskilling Training for Agribusiness in Food Crops and Horticulture (ATPH) and Agribusiness in Freshwater Fisheries (APAT) departments, a monitoring and evaluation (monev) programme was conducted from 30th September to 2nd October 2025 across five vocational schools (SMKs) in South Tapanuli Regency.

The monitoring and evaluation team from the Centre for Development and Quality Assurance of Vocational Education in Agriculture (BBPPMPV Agriculture) Cianjur, together with Agincourt Resources, conducted a direct visit to observe the implementation of training outcomes at SMKN 1 Arse, SMKN 1 Marancar, SMKN 1 Angkola Sangkunur, SMKN 1 Angkola Timur, and SMK Pertanian Pembangun Negeri. The activity was attended by school principals, teacher training alumni, participating teachers, and students who were also part of the learning process.

Findings from the monev indicated that alumni teachers had begun applying their acquired knowledge and skills, particularly in developing industry-based learning practices and adopting sustainable agricultural and aquaculture technologies. Several schools have also started integrating these outcomes into their curricula and extracurricular activities.
Despite challenges such as limited budgets for the implementation of follow-up plans, the teachers’ enthusiasm to continue innovating remains high. Through this initiative, Agincourt Resources, together with BBPPMPV Agriculture Cianjur, reinforces its commitment to fostering vocational learning that is relevant, adaptive, and sustainable in the South Tapanuli region.
