Strengthening Solidarity, Moving Towards Recovery, Together We Rise Stronger

Nov 30, 2025

The flash floods that struck several villages around Agincourt Resources’ operational areas at the end of November 2025 created an urgent need for emergency response and assistance for affected residents. In response, Agincourt Resources conducted a field visit on Sunday, 30 November 2025, to assess the direct impact of the disaster, ensure that basic needs were met, and distribute aid through seven company-managed posts. The field visit covered Garoga Village, Huta Godang, and Aek Ngadol, and the team also took the opportunity to visit one of the posts, namely Batu Hula Evacuation Post, to meet directly with displaced residents and provide logistical and medical support.

The visit was attended by President Director Muliady Sutio, Vice President Director Ruli Tanio, General Manager Operations and Deputy Director Operations Rahmat Lubis, Deputy General Manager Operations Wira Dharma Putra, along with other Agincourt Resources team members. The assistance provided included food, drinks, clothing, medicines, and healthcare services, all coordinated by the Community Development Department of Agincourt Resources to ensure distribution was equitable and timely.

Beyond distributing aid, the visit served as an opportunity for the company team to hear firsthand reports from the field, identify challenges, and plan both short-term and long-term recovery measures. This approach ensures that every disaster response is conducted effectively, efficiently, and humanely, with the safety, health, and welfare of the community as the top priority.
