A strong culture of literacy and the arts is not coming out based on creativity but also from collaboration. By this spirit, Agincourt Resources held a Gathering with PERSADA, SANIPODA, and management of Taman Baca Anak (TBA) at Aek Sabaon, Marancar, South Tapanuli, on 13th–14th September 2025.
The event was attended by Manager Community Development Agincourt Resources, Rohani Simbolon, along with the Community Department team, members of PERSADA, SANIPODA, management TBA, dance coaches, and English tutors. A total of 33 participants took part in outbound activities, discussions, and team-building sessions aimed at strengthening cooperation and fostering team spirit.
Manager Community Development Agincourt Resources, Rohani Simbolon expressed her hopes for the continued professional management of TBAs and art studios: “PERSADA, SANIPODA, and the TBA have already received extensive training. With this training, it is hoped they can manage the Children’s Reading Houses and the Sopo Daganak Art Studio in a more professional manner, she said.
Meanwhile, Chair of PERSADA, Dastri Sejoli Harahap, expressed her gratitude for the facilities and training provided.”We at PERSADA thank Agincourt Resources for facilitating various activities, one of which is this gathering, which is vital for building our sense of togetherness, she said.
Chair of SANIPODA, Gustiana Tanjung emphasised the importance of unity. “Through the many activities at Sopo Daganak, we must continue to uphold our spirit of togetherness, and Agincourt Resources has shown great care for us, including by facilitating this gathering,” she said.
