Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in driving economic growth and creating business opportunities within local communities. Strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs requires continuous capacity building through learning, mentoring, and access to relevant business knowledge.
As part of its commitment to community development, Agincourt Resources continues to support local entrepreneurs through its MSME development programme, helping them enhance their business management capabilities and increase the value of their products.
One of these initiatives was realised through the participation of Agincourt Resources’ supported MSMEs in UMKM Bisa 2026, an MSME capacity-building programme organised by Yayasan Astra–Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Astra (YDBA). The programme aims to improve the competence and competitiveness of MSMEs through a structured series of business development activities.
This year, 11 culinary MSMEs supported by Agincourt Resources took part in the UMKM Bisa 2026 programme. From a total of 270 participating MSMEs, 75 top-performing businesses were selected to attend the Business Masterclass in North Jakarta, where they received training on Branding Strategy and Packaging to strengthen their brand identity and enhance product value.

The Business Masterclass was held from 14th–17th July 2026 at the Yayasan Astra–Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Astra Office, while the Awarding Ceremony took place at the Ibis Styles Jakarta Sunter Ballroom. Three culinary MSMEs supported by Agincourt Resources—Eza Cake, Mak Bastian, and Bunda 2R—participated in the programme.
Through sessions on branding strategy and packaging, participants gained valuable insights into strengthening their product identity, increasing market value, and developing sustainable businesses. The programme concluded with the UMKM Bisa 2026 Awarding Ceremony, recognising 10 outstanding MSMEs for their growth, innovation, and commitment to business development.
One of Agincourt Resources’ supported MSMEs, Eza Cake, owned by Dian Anggraini Siregar, was recognised as one of the programme’s Top 10 Outstanding MSMEs.
Reflecting on her experience, Dian shared that participating in UMKM Bisa 2026 broadened her understanding that building a successful business is not only about selling products, but also about developing a strong brand, continuously improving quality, and embracing lifelong learning. She expressed her hope that Eza Cake will continue to grow with an even stronger brand while creating broader benefits for the community.
Through its collaboration with Yayasan Astra–YDBA, Agincourt Resources remains committed to empowering local MSMEs, enabling them to become more independent, competitive, and capable of delivering sustainable value to the communities they serve.
