Agincourt Resources’ efforts to develop and empower communities not only in the vicinity of the Martabe Gold Mine operation but also throughout North Sumatra Province have been recognized by the North Sumatra Provincial Government at the Regional Development Planning (Musrenbang) for the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) 2025, held on Friday, March 8, 2024, at the Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel, Medan.
The award was presented by the Acting Governor of North Sumatra, Hassanudin, in recognition of the Participation of CSR Partner Representatives in the Private Sector category. Throughout 2023, Agincourt Resources has actively filled in the Matrix 3 of Non-Government Program/Activity Plans for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the Provincial Level in North Sumatra, contributing to the achievement of the province’s SDG targets in 2023.
As a manifestation of Agincourt Resources’ support for sustainable development in North Sumatra, Senior Community Manager Christine Pepah was also one of the speakers at the Public Consultation Forum for the Regional Action Plan (RAD) for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in North Sumatra Province for 2024-2026 on November 16, 2023, and at the public consultation event for the Preparation of the Regional Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPD) for North Sumatra Province for 2025-2045 and the Regional Government Work Plan for 2025 on January 11, 2024. Furthermore, the Company’s CSR program has been registered on the sirinovsmart.sumutprov.go.id website, indicating that the program has been validated in accordance with Regional Strategic Activities (KSD).
