In commemoration of National Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Month 2025, Agincourt Resources held a National K3 Seminar titled The Role of Family in Reducing the Risk of Worker Fatigue in Mining on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Sopo Daganak. The event was attended by hundreds of Agincourt Resources employees and their families, as well as contranctors and their families from PT Macmahon Mining Services and PT Dyno Nobel (DNX) Indonesia. The seminar aimed to raise awareness about the crucial role of families in maintaining occupational health and safety (K3) for mine workers.
The seminar was opened by Senior Manager of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), Hari Ananto, who emphasized that Agincourt Resources upholds safety principles in all of its operations. “Safety is our top priority. However, there are many factors that can influence it, one of which is fatigue due to insufficient rest. This is where families play an important role in providing support and reminding workers to always stay alert, be cautious, and not violate work procedures,” Hari stated in his speech.
