Agincourt Resources organized a competency enhancement training program for Senior High School (SMA) principals in South Tapanuli Regency from Monday to Thursday, February 3–6, 2025, at Hotel Mega Permata, Padangsidimpuan. This training aimed to strengthen school leadership, develop School Work Plans (RKS) based on education report cards, improve curriculum management, enhance academic supervision, and establish an Innovation Action Plan (RTL).
The training was attended by 40 school principals, including key figures such as the Head of the North Sumatra Center for Teacher Development (BBGP), Joko Ahmad Julifan; the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office for South Tapanuli, H. Masir Rambu; and the Head of the Administrative Subdivision of the Regional Education Office for North Sumatra Region XI, Mangatas Siregar.

Yayan Nuryawan, Superintendent of Community Services at Agincourt Resources, emphasized that this initiative reflects the company’s commitment to improving education quality in the surrounding operational areas. “We believe that enhancing the competencies of school principals will positively impact the quality of learning in schools, ultimately elevating the overall standard of education in South Tapanuli,” he stated.
Khaerani Harahap, Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Batang Toru, expressed gratitude to Agincourt Resources for facilitating the training. “This program has been highly beneficial for us. In addition to gaining new insights, we also had the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with fellow principals. We acquired valuable knowledge on effective and enjoyable school management. We hope that such training initiativeswill continue in the future and is committed to implement the results of this training at the school,” she said.
