Public health is a fundamental foundation for the sustainable development of a region. As part of its commitment to improving the quality of public health services in South Tapanuli Regency, particularly in communities surrounding its operational area, Agincourt Resources has provided healthcare assistance to medical service facilities across the regency, with support focused on strengthening primary healthcare services for the community, especially vulnerable groups such as infants and pregnant women.

The distribution of assistance was carried out in two stages. The first stage took place on 21 January 2026 through the handover of medicines to the South Tapanuli Regency Health Office. The medicines were sourced from the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Department of Agincourt Resources. These medicines are intended for community health services across various age groups, ranging from children to adults. Subsequently, the medicines will be distributed by the South Tapanuli Regency Health Office to 17 Community Health Centres (Puskesmas) in the South Tapanuli Regency area to support community health services.

The second stage was carried out on 5 March 2026 through the handover of nutritional assistance to the Batang Toru Community Health Centre (Puskesmas) and Hutaraja Community Health Centre (Puskesmas). Unlike the first stage, the assistance in this stage was not in the form of medicines, but rather nutritional and health support. The assistance included toddler milk, milk for pregnant women, baby porridge, and adult diapers.
The handover of assistance was attended by representatives from the South Tapanuli Regency Health Office, Batang Toru Community Health Centre, and Hutaraja Community Health Centre. The assistance will subsequently be distributed to the community through community health service activities, such as the Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) and the Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Diseases (Posbindu PTM), which are routinely conducted in Batang Toru District and Muara Batang Toru District.
The Head of the Regional Health Office of South Tapanuli Regency, dr Sri Khairunnisa, M.H., M.K.M., expressed her appreciation to Agincourt Resources. Through this support, Agincourt Resources has contributed to strengthening public health services in South Tapanuli Regency. The collaboration between the company, the local government, and healthcare facilities forms part of a joint effort to improve the quality of public health services in the region.
