Teacher Training as A Strategy For Educational Equity In South Tapanuli 

As an effort to enhance the competency of subject teachers, PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) is organizing Subject Teacher Training for Elementary School (SD)/Equivalent, Junior High School (SMP)/Equivalent, and Senior High School (SMA)/Equivalent levels in 2023 from November 13 to 30. This event conducted at SMP N 1 Angkola Timur and SDN No 100301 Pargarutan. This activity is a collaboration between PTAR and the Indonesian Science Olympiad Training Foundation with the aim of maximizing the competence of teachers through the availability of certified Mathematics and Biology teachers. Simultaneously, it contributes to achieving the equalization of teacher capabilities in South Tapanuli. The event was attended by Arman Pasaribu, S.Sos, M.Si, Head of the Department of Education of South Tapanuli Regency, along with staff, and was participated in by 150 Biology and Mathematics subject teachers from elementary, junior high, and senior high levels.” Arman Pasaribu also expressed his gratitude to PTAR for continuing to support improving the quality of education in South Tapanuli by presenting various programs with assistance from professional partners.
