On Wednesday, 13 August 2025, Agincourt Resources held a Free Health Check (CKG) programme at the Auxiliary Health Centre in Dusun Roccitani, Pardomuan Village, South Angkola District. The initiative aimed to expand access to quality healthcare for communities with limited reach to medical facilities. The programme was organised in collaboration with the South Tapanuli Regency Government and Sipirok Regional General Hospital (RSUD Sipirok), providing on-site consultations with specialist doctors in internal medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, and paediatrics.
The medical team comprised three specialists from RSUD Sipirok: Dr Ryan Andrian, Sp.OG (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), Dr Syahreza Hasibuan, Sp.A (Paediatrics), and Dr Abdus Somad Harahap, Sp.PD (Internal Medicine).

A total of 175 residents took part, including 119 internal medicine patients, 31 paediatric patients, and 25 obstetrics/gynaecology patients. Common complaints among children included gastritis, acute respiratory infections (ARI), and scabies. In adults, the most frequent diagnoses were diabetes mellitus (DM), lower back pain (LBP), neuropathy, and dyspepsia. Obstetrics/gynaecology cases were dominated by pregnancy check-ups, fertility programmes, vaginal discharge, and endometriosis.
Manager Community Development Agincourt Resources, Rohani Simbolon, stated that this was the seventh out of a planned eight similar programmes in 2025. “The final programme of the year will be held in Aek Bilah District, as agreed with the South Tapanuli Regency Government through the Regional Health Office. Agincourt Resources is here not only for industrial purposes but also to deliver long-term social impact. We hope the community takes full advantage of this programme – it is not merely a health service but part of early public health detection efforts that support the Regency Government’s vision of becoming progressive and of distinguished character: Healthy, Educated and Excellent,” she said.
The Vice Regent of South Tapanuli, H. Jafar Syahbuddin Ritonga, expressed appreciation for the event, thanking Agincourt Resources for its ongoing care for the community. “This collaboration demonstrates that synergy between government and the private sector can bring far-reaching positive impact,” he remarked.
